My Sweet Girl...She is 6!

I think I have been putting off posting this because it brings SO much emotion to surface for me.  With each of my children on the day we celebrate their birth into this world my heart feels just a little bit exposed, like every beat is visual to the world around me because on this day, May 26th every beat is for this little girl.  It is her day. 
 My sweet precious first Daughter Claira Joe turned 6.  I honestly can't believe it.  She is so darling and tender. Claira is a natural little Mommy.  She nurtures everyone.  If someone gets hurt she ALWAYS runs to the kitchen and get's a zip lock, fills it with crushed ice and just a tiny bit of water and rushes to aid.  Claira started Kindergarten this year, she never really talked about one best friend.  She was never invited to a play date and never asked to have a friend over at our house.  Erick and I asked her one night who she plays with on the playground at school?  Her reply..."" I don't play with anyone, I watch everyone and when someone get's hurt, I take them to the nurse."  Even typing this brings tears to my eyes.  She is is a precious little soul.  Claria is not only sweet she is pretty feisty.  You don't want to end up on the losing end of a fight with her.  She can hold her own and doesn't get pushed around by her brothers AT ALL! Claira is very obedient but she is a bit of a fib teller at this point.  The thing about that is she can't hide it!  Usually if she lies, it is TOTALLY obvious on her face, all you have to do is ask her a second time and she pretty much always tells the truth.  She has the cutest little giggle!! I LOVE IT!
 Claira  is not one to show her emotions.  If she get's her feelings hurt or she get's upset she usually runs off to cry.  She tries not to let you see her cry but her little heart is SO VERY tender.  We were sitting at McDonalds a while back and an old lady was sitting across the room from us alone reading a newspaper.  Claira kept looking at her and she was fighting back tears.  When I saw one drop to her cheek, I asked her what was wrong.  She said "Mom see her over there? She doesn't have a Honey. She must be so sad."  I explained to her that she probably had a "Honey" at home.  Claira was so concerned.  She  cares for others and their feelings in a way I admire.
 I love that every night when she prays she say's "and bless Jesus for taking my sins and dying on the cross for me" EVERY NIGHT...She, My SWEET Claira Joe is Genuine and Precious BEYOND MEASURE.  Claira, thank you for being an example to me.  Thank you for reminding me almost daily of my "golds" to not yell.  Thank you for being kind and funny and SUPER SILLY.  Thank you for being my First Daughter.  You bring me to where I need to be on a daily basis.  You are a perfect JOY and LIGHT in this Family. I hope you had the most WONDERFUL 6th Birthday!
