My Big Brother!

Uncle C.C. told Derick he is a white belt Ninja (whatever that is) and he was teaching him his signature move. He promised Derick that if he knocked him out he would wake him up right away! Derick was not so sure about this plan!

So my big brother C.C. came to town to visit this week. He moved to Colorado a couple of years ago and we have seen him much since he moved. So tonight he came over to our house to visit and play with all the kids. I wanted a good picture of me C.C. and Chloe' but that is pretty much impossible with C.C. involved. It is probably harder to get him to sit still and smile than all 4 of my kids! I am the third child of 4, My oldest brother Zach is in prison right now but is coming home in Jan. 09. We are very happy for him and pray that he will have the strength to stay on the right path this time. Zach is a very sweet gentle man and a wonderful loving brother. C.C. is pretty much the funniest person you will ever meet. This is no lie, anyone that has met him will attest to that. We talk on the phone often and he is the one that gave me the nickname chingolly. He always tells me he loves me before we hang up and I love that. Chloe' is my little sister and now my across the street neighbor!!! She is my best friend. Chloe' and I have so much fun together. She also has 4 kiddos and our kids are so happy to be so close. Her and I don't get to spend as much time together as we thought we would. I love having her so close. I love my siblings, we are all very close to eachother. We all know how much we love one another and that is a blessing. I wish C.C. lived closer I want my children to know him better. Thanks for visiting us Uncle C.C. we all love you so much!!

I love to see the Temple

Erick has most Fridays off so we try to spend this time together as the weekends are always full of other stuff....so for the past few months we have been going to the Temple every other Friday and we take a single man in our ward Brother Monk with us when we go. We usually go to lunch afterwards and run any errands that we need to get done. It is really an enjoyable time. Brother Monk is a dear friend to our family and many others in Maricopa. Erick is usually the one that keeps us on track with going each week acutally between Erick and Brother Monk I never seem to get out of it. I seem to always have something else that I could do instead but Erick keeps me in check. This past Friday we were planning on going so we got up and I tuned my Ipod to my LDS tunes to get me in the right spirit and got ready to go. When I went to check my cell phone to see the time I had a message from our sitter that she was sick and could not come over. To my own suprise I was really sad. I did not realize how much I enjoy going to the Temple and the change it makes in my everyday life and the way I look at life and deal with things. Erick and I had a good day anyways but I did not want to listen to any other music or do anything to change the spirit in my heart. I am so thankful that we have a Temple nearby and that I have a husband that encourages our attendance. I am thankful for his job that allows us the opportunity to go to the Temple at least twice a month. I always sing the primary song I love to see the Temple to my kids because I want them to have a love in their hearts for the Temple and I realized this week that I truly do love to see the Temple.

Hanna Montana 3-D BABEEE!!!

So we were walking out of Walmart and they were handing out these awesome 3D glasses for the big Hanna Montana event. So of course the kids were stoked!! But in true "Molly" fashion I totally forgot all about it!!! So when the kiddos asked like a week later if it was time for the 3D show I remembered that a while back I bought the Spy Kids 3D movie on clearance and was saving it for a "rainy day" and on this particular day it was pouring bordeom (sp?) So we geared up and watched the movie. Dad slept through most of it thanks to his incognito sunglasses not letting on to the kids that he was not totally focused on the show. I on the other hand watched the whole dang thing and when I took those glasses off I could not see right for about an hour!!! Oh what fun!!!

Banzai Slide!!

So here is the wonderful slide we all see at Costco and everytime we go there we think "oh lets just get it....no it is way too much money" and walk away. Well after about 5 times of having that conversation to ourselves Erick came home with this crazy slide! The kiddos were so excited as was I. Living in Az without a pool is just pretty much a SIN in my book. So yes we are currently living in sin! Anyways, the kids as you can see had a blast, they played for hours on this thing day after day after day. However, the stinkin thing kept breaking waterlines. So after hauling it back to Costco 4 yes, I said 4 times we decided to get our money back and buy food storage! All in all we used it for the better part of the summer so it served its purpose but I wish it would not have broke. Hopefully next year they will build a better slide.
Derick doing a front flip!!!

Claira playing in the pool part of the slide.

Kash man getting a little drink.

Kash jumping down the slide!

Claira jumping down!

Derick doing another deathdefying jump!!

Claira Joe

This is Claira Joe and 1 of her best friends Ashley on their first day of Pre K. The two of them are just too sassy for words!

My little sweetie! She has a little bit of a black eye here. Kash hit her (by accident) with a woofle ball bat!!

Claira is a TRUE dog lover. There are people like me who tolerate my own dog but pretty much want nothing to do with anyone elses dog. Claira on the other hand see's a dog no matter how big or small and wants to be right up in its face holding loving petting and anything else she can do to it. She has been bit several times by different dogs and still has no fear of them. This is my Mom's dog Kharma and Claira holds her like this pretty much the whole time we are at my parents house everytime we are there! Kharma is very patient with Claira and all her affections!

I love this picture of her with her "doggles" all ready to go swimming! She is such a cutie!!

This is Claira'a s 4th birthday party. It was a garden themed party as she loves planting & loves flowers. Her cake is yes bright orange which is also her FAVORITE color!

All about my Claira Joe. Well she loves being called Claira JOE because she is named after HER Papa Joe and they are BOTH very proud of that. Actually my Dad even came up with the name Claira! Claira is 50% pris & 50% tomboy, she loves to play with babies but when it is time to play outside in the dirt or mud that girl is right there with the boys. She is so much fun! She loves to dance and sing and color. I love having her for my daughter I can't believe that she will be going to Kindergarden next year! That makes me so sad!!! This little girl keeps our whole family on our toes! I love my Claira Joe!!

Claira and Paizly!! My beautiful girls!!

Too much!!

I was just browsing through some old photos and found this!!! I was not going to post it as I have been a little "post happy" since I started this blog thing but I just could not resist! All three of these are seperate occasions and I am sure there are at least 2 more that I do not have photos of. (Sometimes I do not keep my cool well enough for the photo op.) It is a good thing they are so cute!! Crazy little nuts!!!

All about Bubba/Derick

Derick and his hero!! He really does idolize his Daddy.
This is Bubba and one of his best buddies Gavin. They have been best friends since they were babies! We consider Gavin part of our family, we used to babysitt him when he was a baby and grew to love him like one of our own. We love his family and have found really great friends in his parents.

One thing that Bubba loves more than anything is going to work with Daddy. Erick is such an amazing Father to our kids. He takes them to work with him quite often. This day he actually took ALL THREE of the older kids! What a man!! Our kids are so blessed to have him for their Daddy.

This is the big 1st day of 1st grade!! I can't believe he is getting so big! (notice how tight his belt is cinched) That is the sign of a true cowboy!!

Derick is 6years old now and he has the most tender little heart. Don't get me wrong he is awnrey as heck but he gets that honest from his Dad! However, if he upsets me he usually get's very upset that I am mad. I try so hard not to have him feel that way but it is just who he is. He is always helping the little kids and is SUPER patient. He loves his baby Paizly and is always willing to help me with her. When it comes to housework Derick struggles a little but if you give him an outside chore he get's right on it. He loves to help me in the kitchen too! He really is an all around good little boy. I love him so much and so much enjoy being his Mommy. I am so glad that he is our 1st child. He is a great example to the others and is constantly looking out for them. Poor little guy he inherited my "worry wart" syndrome so he is always sort of in panic mode when any of the little kids are around water or the road or any situation that may be potentially dangerous. It is very sweet. I love my Bubba!!

Kash Man turns 3!

So Kashis turned 3 on Aug. 19th and for months all he has talked about is having a "race car birthday" So I was so excited to make his cake. It is actually a #3 racetrack. I was so proud of it and really excited to show it to him. So I got his all excited to see it and when I showed it to him he smiled this sort of half smile and said "but Mom, I wanted Power Rangers" WHAT???!! Too bad little man this is what you get and you better dang well LOVE IT! And he did! We had a lot of fun celebrating with Papa Roland who's birthday is just the day after Kashies. What a lucky boy!!

Seriously.....WHY?????

Really???? What can I say about this?? Other than I told you so!! We have serious baby powder issues in our home!! Maybe just maybe this time they will get it!!! maybe....

All about Paizly Rose!!

This is what happens when Auntie Chloe' babysits Paizly!!! She loved every moment of it!!
We went on a golfcart ride and Paiz rode in Daddys truck with him. She loves to drive!! She thought it was so funny to see all the other kids on the cart!

The momentous 1st ponytail!! She is getting so big!

This is right before church, I just love this dress. Auntie Courtney gives Paizly all the cutest clothes that she sports!! Thanks Court!! We love you!

Paiz has the sweetest smile. She wrinkles that nose up as much as she can. I am always trying to catch it in action. This is a pretty good one!

Here is that little crinkle nose smile that I love so much!

So I know this is a lot of pictures of my baby girl but I figured I would try each day to do a little spotlight on each of my kiddos and bring them up to date. Paizly Rose is 10months old now and she just cut her 3rd tooth and is grinding it like crazy!! She is pulling herself up on everything and walking along all the furniture like a pro however, she really has no interest on actually walking. She prefers to be held....most of the time! She is clapping and waving and anytime music is played she starts rocking! This baby girl brings so much joy to our home. She loves to snuggle and I can't get enough of her. She really has a sweet little spirit about her that I treasure. It is amazing how fulfilling it is to care for an infant. I absolutly love babies, I always have. Don't get me wrong I so love all my chilren more than anything but my most favorite time with them is when they are babies. I just have to remind myself when I get baby hungry that they do in fact grow up!!!! Oh what I would give to freeze time right now. Life is so simple and good and innocent. I love my Paizly Rose!!

Random cuteness!!

My handsome little cowboy!! This was his 5th birthday cake!
This picture of Claira is so funny, she says that she "needs her glasses to see" yes, those are Barbie toy glasses!! Like Mother like daughter!!

This is an older pic of the the kids, they all just are so dang cute I had to post it!!

Me and my girls!

This is Easter Sunday after church, me and the girls have matching dresses/blouse on. This was the first time I matched them. I know kind of corny but I liked it!!! (the flowers in our hair match too!!) Claira thought it was so cool too! I love being a Mommy!!

Baby powder!!!

So I don't know what it is about my kiddos and baby powder but they are constantly dumping it out. "why don't I put it out of reach you ask?" Because I have told them like 100 times NOT TO DUMP IT OUT!!! I am just praying one of these times they will listen!! At least is smells good!! Claira, Conner and Kash

Broken nose anyone???

This is my little Kash Man the day he was playing hide and seek at a friend's house and hid under a little table, he jumped up and he and the table tipped over foward and he smashed his head/nose on the tile. Poor little man, the pictures start from the bottom (I am getting used to how to post these) Anyways, we took him to the Dr and he had a broken nose. I am pleased to say that his horribly deformed face is back to normal. He is a beautifully handsome little boy!

My name is Molly & I am a BLOG STALKER!!!

So I know that this is technically not my first post but for all intence and purpose this should be considered my 1st post!! I have, like many others (that shall remain unnamed) come to terms with being a self proclaimed blog stalker. Now that I am "coming out" so to say, would like to let you know that I quite enjoy stalking you all however, part of this addiction I am ashamed to say comes from the large amount of comic relief at how perfect everyones lives are! My hell I must be doing something VERY wrong in my so far from perfect life! For those of you that know me well, know that my life consists of pretty much chaos from dawn til' dusk but we are happy in our little chaotic world. On my blog you will not see perfect pictures of my perfect children and my perfect house. Don't get me wrong, I don't think you should air your dirty laundry on your blog but come on people!!! I hope that this will be a fun site for my family and friends to look at. I will do my best to keep it updated regularly. And who know's maybe my life will seem utterly perfect too!! For now I will just put up a few fun pics from the past that I think you all might enjoy! And also, a little shout out to my friend Sarah for setting this blog up for me, thanks!!

These are our babies!! Derick is 6 yrs old now and is in the first grade!! I can't believe it! He is such a good boy. He is so sweet and tender. He is such a handsome little guy too! He is a cowboy at heart! Derick is pretty much a clone of his Daddy and is a really hard worker too! Claira Joe is 4 and she is pretty much as sassy as they come. She is in her second year of Pre-School and loves it. More than anything she loves being a little Mommy. She is constantly ALL OVER Paizly. She plays with her babies all day and puts them to bed at night. She is pretty much a little clone of me! (so I am told). Kash Man is 3 and he is seriously the funniest little guy around! He is the most stubborn of all the kids. He just started Preschool this week and thinks that makes him so big! Paizly Rose is 10months old and is such a beautiful sweet little baby. She is getting her 2 top teeth right now and getting into every cubbord, drawer, shelf within her little reach. She is the highlight of our whole family right now. All the kids constantly are holding her and playing with her and loving all over her. She is fairly patient for the most part but she has her limits!

So that is a little about all the kiddos right now, hopefully I will be good at keeping up this blog with current pics of everyone!
